Help with W10 toolbar.

I can't click anything on the toolbar except for programs like chrome etc. When I click on the windows button it does nothing and when I click on the search bar i can't type anything into it.

Edit: Looked online and found a Microsoft article on it. I did the steps and it works. Thanks for any help that came in!
