Perhapse the reason so many cops over kill black people in recent times is because they are ex-millitary.

It seems as tho most of the cops killing overkilling people are fairly young. You hear about veteran cops that never had to draw there gun once in all there years on the force. But these young cops are coming back from the war and they have been trained to kill as apposed to keep the peace, so they do what they know and overkill people.

To clarify, what I mean by overkill is like the recent chicago teen that got shot 16 times by a cop.

In Enlgand some how the police manage to keep the peace and they are gunless. The US should take some notes.
