Need help creating recovery media for New SSD install

So i have an i3 Alpha i already upgraded my ram to 8 GB and now I am trying to upgrade my HD to a SSD.

I already have windows 10 installed and I'm trying to create the recovery media using Alien respawn. I goes through the process (first updating the program and then creating a Factory restore media on a 32GB USB drive.) all this process goes smoothly no errors.

Then I remove the old drive and install the SSD and plug in the USB drive to boot from.

The screen shows the loading files progress bar and then the alienware startup logo with the revolving dots and then a CMD black windows pops up saying

A winpeshl.ini file is present, but no commands were successfully launched. This could be caused by incorrect formatting or an invalid executable name. Please consult the documentation for more information.

I thought there might be something wrong with the recovery media so I have spend all day repeating the recovery media creation to see if the error would sort itself out to no avail.

Please help.
