Issues game unplayable! Just freezes

Title^. I was fine for like 40minutes-1hr and all of a sudden I couldn't move my character at all and my game client froze. So I restarted and now the moment I get in it freezes and I can't move for 2 seconds before it is frozen again. Anyone else having issues? I am using Win10 so not sure if that's the issue but my friends are having no issues whatsoever.
