BW CS: we currently only offer support for class story missions.

I am fucking flabbergasted. I am having issues with introduction to group finder quest on a new character, multiple random flashpoints completed with no completion on the quest, its driving me insane.

The title of this thread was customer service reply to my ticket. What the hell are they thinking, i knew their customer support was bad. But jesus, my mind is blown. I think this will be my last subscription for this game or any associated with them.
