Twitch Video Manager Working Properly or Down?

HI all, thanks for any help in advance. Ever since Twitch introduced the ability to switch thumbnails in Video Manager it has worked fine for me, all about Visual Appeal with everything on the stream. Ever since Nov 30th though, when I hit edit on my videos, the thumbnails are gone. I can only edit the text and no thumbnail? Not I did install BTT (Better Twitch TV) plugin for Firefox around that timeframe, but when this issue first came up I disabled it thinking that was the issue and it still isn't there.

Guess my question is for any streamers, are you having any issues with the thumbnails not appearing like me or is it something Twitch is doing on their end? I am not a partner but I do have Turbo (only so it saves past casts for 60 days as opposed to 14).

Side Note, the "appeal muted audio" button now has changed as well. Before it would take me to a form to fill out which audio I was appealing and enter my info. Now when I click the button it asks me to straight open up my yahoo or gmail e-mail and creates a new e-mail to send out randomly. No form to appeal the audio or even know what the audio that is in dispute.

Anyone have similiar issues or know of a fix or is this on Twitch's end? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
