Kitchen rewire questions.

I've got 12/2/2 running to the kitchen for two small appliance branch circuits. I'll split those in a junction box and run 12/2 to each branch (independent breakers and GFCI outlets on each branch, since they share a ground in the JB).

After reading NEC2014 and googling a bunch, I still haven't found a clear answer - can the fridge be on one of the sabc's?

And it appears it has to be GFCI protected. Since they GFCIs are supposed to be "readily accessible," I was planning to run the line to a GFCI counter outlet, and a load to either receptacle (one to the left for fridge, one to the right for additional counter outlet).

We have a small countertop microwave, and was planning to use it on the second sabc (opposite wall).

Does all this sound kosher?
