Can someone help me with the Wal-Mart website? (concerning the Cyber Week sale)

I'm going to get my nephew an iphone 5c for Christmas. I checked on Wal-Mart's website about a month ago, and it was listed for over $200. I checked the website today, and it's listed for $179! I can't tell if this is just part of the Cyber Week sale or not, though. Here's the phone:

When I searched for the phone, it said "$179 (list price $449)". What does that mean? Is this only on sale for $179 this week only, or is that the normal price for it now?
