The Moon Embraces the Sun

Just a quick question. Is Wol ever going to do anything, or is she going to be like every other kdrama heroine and get tossed around by everyone else, and win in the end because shes nice? I was kind of hoping for some badass shaman-ing, but uh... somehow I don't see that happening anymore lol. I'm currently on episode 10.
