WiFi and Bluetooth not working

Hello folks,

So I recently got a new K3 Note. I turned it on today and everything was going well until I got to the WiFi setup screen. The WiFi switch would not stay in the ON position. When I found my way into settings, same thing there with the WiFi and Bluetooth. No luck with a factory reset either.

At that point I thought I would try installing a custom rom like Androium. Same problem. I looked under about phone, the WiFi MAC address and Bluetooth address both say unavailable. So hell I thought maybe its an issue with the antenna. I cracked it open and replaced what I believe was the antenna (chip near the buttom of the battery.. correct me if I'm wrong) from another K3 note. No luck.

Anyone got any other suggestions?
