Projected WAR for the starting rote

Here's the 2016 Fangraphs Steamer WAR projections for our potential starters and projected IP:

• CJ Wilson - 1.7 / 178
• Jered Weaver - 0.3 / 167
• Hector Santiago - 0.6 / 143
• Andrew Heaney - 1.2 / 130
• Shoe - 0.6 / 65
• Skaggs - 0.7 / 47
• Tropeano - 0.6 / 36

What does this tell us? Probably not much except we have depth, and will likely need it considering the staff's inconsistencies outside of Richards and hopefully Heaney. There's always hope for bounce-back seasons from Weave / CJ and if everything clicks, this could be a strength next year.
