[Recommendations] New to the game, been wearing the wrong size for too long.

Hi! I've been rotating between a 34C and 32D for as long as I can remember. It's awful. I get bra rage all the time, when I keep pulling down the back but it keeps going up, I'm spilling out, my breasts look awful in shirts and I've tried sewing them to be better so many times that some of them resemble Frankestein. (Frankenbra?)

I was recommended to this subreddit, so I promptly did the measuring and calculations! The verdict was 28F. (in UK size) They don't carry that at any La Senza I know of, but I do live near a Nordstrom that might have a lingerie department!

As for shape, I seem to be projected, and I really couldn't find a good match for the full on bottom/ top thing. I seem to be equal, but it doesn't look like the equal picture, it's more rounded on both sides.

Can anybody recommend a bra for me, or a store to try? I live in Ottawa. Thank you so much!
