Dosage for 14 year old on Calpol Paracetamol (made for infants to children)

My mother gave me 4 5ml spoofuls of calpol to sort my headache, it worked. It came back after 12 hours so i went back for another 20 ml. I read the package and it said only 10ml for 6 year olds so i thought im practically double that age so i will take 20ml. Then i read that it says do not have over 20ml in 24 hours. Well i have had 40ml within 12 hours. However im not sure if that applies only to infants and not 14 year olds. Anybody know if i will have any symptoms or if i am perfectly fine as with my age (little worried as i have an extreme fear of vomiting to the point where i would rather lose a leg than vomit once)
