I want to build my first server lab at home but before I pull the trigger I would like to know if the Lenovo TS140 is good for a beginner.

Hi guys,

I want to build my first server lab at home but before I pull the trigger on this I need some feedback from the gurus. Basically the Lenovo ThinkStation TS140 is a entry/ affordable type of server and I wanted to know if it'll do what I want.

Basically I would like to run 4 VM's with one for AD, DHCP/DNS, PLEX and another to back up image computers. The reason for this is because I have a great background in Network Routing/switching/wireless/and VoIP, but I never had the chance to get my hands dirty on the Server side. So like any IT nerd I want to have one at home so that I can use for testing and have a better understanding of what is going on.

Below is the link of what I was recommended besides ofcourse adding RAM, OS's and SSD's
