'Five Facts about Autism' by Watchmojo.... I really don't like this video.

[Here it is, if you wanna see it.] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IOthQJwKzQ) I really didn't like it. They ONLY focus on the lowest functioning autistic people and constantly show clips of children screaming and running around, it seriously reminded me of something from Autism $peaks.

What annoyed me the most is that their number one "fact" is that it costs millions of dollars to raise an autistic child. They talk about it like all of us needs constant care and supervision. They don't mention that some of us are high functioning once in the video and that these facts only applies to the most extreme cases, the closest they get is a brief mention of Temple Grandin.

Considering that Watchmojo as made a bunch of videos about homosexual and african-american characters in movies and video games, would it really have been that hard to make a list of autistic characters instead of this? They have close to ten million subscribers, it really annoys me that this is what they choose to tell all these people about. It just further hammers in the ignorant belief that autism is a horrible epidemic that will ruin your parents lives, they even show some clips of parents trying to restrain their kids while they're flailing around. Ugh...
