G3258 overclock won't work once PC is in windows?

I'm currently using a g3258 and an MSI h81-p33, which is on the list of compatible overclocking motherboards. Originally my PC would not boot with an OC, but I deleted the genuine Intel file in system32 and now it boots, but there's no overclock even after applying one in the bios. I've tried manual OC as seen in picture, I've tried OC genie, and both at the same time and won't work! Is it because I'm on Intel graphics? Any insight is appreciated! Thanks
