[Build Help] Out of the loop with builds: help me build a good video editing/light gaming machine.

Hello all, I'm looking into building a PC after several years of disinterest in the matter, and I am a bit disoriented with parts. I intend to se this PC for video editing an MMOs such as EVE-Online and WOT. I'd like to be able to play these at high graphic settings. My budget is 500 Euro at the most, and I live in Germany.

The build I'm currently considering is: either an AMD FX-8329 or an FX-6300, with 4GB of the cheapest RAM, a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard and an inexpensive HD.

What I've got no ideas about are either the PSU (I have happened to buy one that didn't actually have wiring for a video card, in the past) or the video card itself. I have had pleasant experiences with an ASUS GTX760, but that price range is out of my reach atm and it also seems to be out of stock(?).

In truth, what I am looking for is something that can be described with "sufficient". Just enough to do some work in Lightworks and Photoshop, just enough to have a pleasant experience with a few select videogames.

Is my choice or CPU somewhat decent? How much can I cheapen down on a mobo without it becoming a bottleneck? And what of a decent video card?
