Just moved to Canada from the UK, power questions

Hi there as the title says I just moved to Canada form the UK. I have an extension which can hold up to 4000w which I use for my pc and monitor. But I will need a new plug adapter or converter and I'm really confused about it.

Can someone explain it and how I can make it work?
