Would Obi-Wan's ghost ever have visited/haunted Vader?

Surely Luke and Yoda weren't the only ones that could hear and see him after his death. It'd be interesting to see a vision of Obi-Wan trying to reach out to Anakin and convince him to let go of his anger.
