Wellesley Gardens Townhomes

I moved from NYC to Ann Arbor for my job about 18 months ago. After living downtown, I've decided to save some $ and move to Ypsi for a bit. I'm about to sign a lease to rent a 2br/2bh Townhome at Wellesley Gardens near Platt & W Michigan, but wanted to see if any of you had any knowledge of the units. Do any of you have any experience with these homes? Thanks a bunch!
