Can't buy 2 phones together, even with 2 invites?

Last week when you could buy the phones without an invite, you could buy 3 in one order. Now that you need invites again, it's 1 per order.

I did an online chat and asked the CSR if they could ship the two phones together to reduce the shipping cost and he said no because it's against their "policy"... what?

Just a few days ago they had no problem shipping up to 3 together. Now I have to waste an extra $15 on shipping (actually ends up being closer to $25 after everything because I'm in Canada). :(
