Little help?

Looking for a beginner box mod and I'm so lost as to what is good. Can y'all point me in the right direction? Any info I need to ask when purchasing one from a vape shop? I've been smoking since I was 17 and I'm 33 now. I'm feed up and want to quit. Thanks guys
