Sequoia National Forest trail recommendations?

I'm starting to plan an overnight backpacking trip for my dad and me in the Sequoia National Forest. We did the Manistee River Trail and greatly enjoyed it. I'd like to plan something similar for us in maybe June, but I'm kind of overwhelmed with all the trail options. r/SEKI seems dead, so I posted here.

Below is generally what I'm seeking. I appreciate any thoughts and recommendations!

  • about 7-10 miles total
  • aggressive elevation change is not ideal
  • primitive camping allowed
  • cook stoves allowed (campfires unnecessary)
  • isolated (the fewer people the better)
  • sequoias to admire
  • trailhead that does not require 4WD to access
  • farther south would be nice (we'll be driving from LAX)
