Picture Resize and color change

I am trying to get this picture resized much larger and in a higher resolution.

http://i.imgur.com/m8Kohgz.jpg I am hoping to have the hype williams text at the bottom be cut out. And have the background be black, and the symbol be white.

I am trying to get this printed to canvas.

Please and thank you reddit.

Edit: I did an attempt its something like this, but its so poor quality on my attempt. I need to maintain the outline of both animals.
