5% Minimum undercut

Undercutting in this game is out of hand. With the 5% non-refundable listing fee, being undercut by 1 copper multiple times per day probably makes some players contemplate quitting the game.

I suggest that if players want to undercut, the game forces players to put it for at least 5% less than the next-lowest sell price.
