Petrify and Solitude/Loner

I have a Brotherhood so I'm thinking of trying the Yojimbo fight with petraliate, since I always thought it's a fun strategy but never used it before. For those who don't know: to master it you needed to bring Wakka and Lulu to the fight (also need to hit him with fire).

So, my question is, a petrified character will increase the bonus for Solitude/Loner? My guess is no, since it doesn't count as a K.O. to the Target Score, but I'm not sure on this one.

P.S.: I'm going to use Loner anyway, since it's the best option on a 3-man party. I'm just curious.
