Formation of the Royal Special Battalion/Codifying Military Uniforms

This will be the standard Royal Hawaiian Uniform. The Royal Guard shall have a red sash across their chest, and their jacket shall be blue instead of black. All have Spencer Rifles as their main arm.

The Royal Special Battalion, however, shall wear a red flatcap, a bandolier, blue jacket, and black pants. Their arms shall be a Spencer Rifle, two Colt 1851s, and a long knife. Their use shall be as our militarized police, and shall be trained in irregular warfare as well. Some native Hawaiians have taken to calling them Redcaps as well.

[SECRET] They will also be the secret police of the Kingdom. They will be used to hunt down dissidents, control foreign interference, and put down those that seek to overthrow the king.
