Anyone else had a glitch at "The Nuclear Option" mission? It constantly spawns me into an instant death.

So I've tried the mission with BoS and The Railroad. Both times, when I get teleported to the detonation site, I'm spawned way up in the air and die on impact with the floor. I can't finish the story. I've tried reloading and doing it again but the same thing happens. Anyone else encountered this?
