Computer use for pt with tremors

I have a patient who has pretty severe tremors in her hands. She wants to be able to use her laptop and was discussing voice commands for her laptop. I was wondering if anyone had and experience with voice command programs for a computer. I'm not sure what her budget is but I assume the cheaper, the better. Thanks for your input
