Advice please? Out for years, I know it is a fraud, and still dealing with difficult feels.

I grew up in the church, served a mission, and I was solid TBM and very active. In my twenties I accepted my homosexuality, came out, and left the church. Here I am almost two decades later, happily married to a nevermo for most of that time, and versed in the ways we were manipulated. I have a good life, and sometimes I think I have moved on. Sometimes, though, something like the recent policy announcement happens and again I feel rejection, isolation, sadness, disconnection. Sometimes like now it's pretty intense and interferes with my regular life. Anyone else? Did you move on? How? Exactly what do you do?
