Vientiane Cafe vs Vietnam Cafe? (47th and Baltimore)

I only recently realized these are two different restaurants. Both have a lot of good reviews and I've seen them both mentioned on best of lists. They are both on the same block too which is even more confusing (47th and Baltimore).

Is one of these noticeably better than the other?
