Legal to hunt nuisance animals on a farm? [ON]

Cousin's farm is overrun with wild turkey which are harming his crops. He asked me hunt them on his property, though I don't have a turkey license. Is it legal since he considers them a nuisance that is destroying his property?

Based on this, I believe it is ok.
