Welcome!

The Detroit area has a lot of great people with a lot of talent. Despite our government making it quite clear that they do not care much about funding creative careers in the state, I know there are a lot of people who do care.

I understand that big Hollywood productions pay the bills, but my intention with this Subreddit is that instead of crossing our fingers and hoping that something huge comes to the state, that we combine our creative talents to create our own production jobs. We cannot do this without a strong network of talented people.

If you are interested in starting your own productions or posting a listing for a cool gig in the city and surrounding area, then please feel free to do so here.

To make connections easier to find, please create flair that designates your desired position on production crews. I understand that depending on the size of the production your role(s) might change, but please try to narrow it down to your most realistic or most desired position.

Thank you!
