Just rewatched Chair Model ...

THIS episode has long been in my "too painful to watch" category, because of a couple scenes: where Michael is bugging his staff to set him up and the one in the coffee shop.

But those two scenes aside, the episode is golden: everything with the Five Families, Jim and Pam's pre-engagement stuff, singing American Pie at the end, etc.

Kevin's scene where he talks about how "it's just nice to win one" has got to be his best scene of the series.
