Stuck at mge , Help

This is becoming a vicious cycle and it is very annoying. Today , a friend and I solo qued in comp. and we won 3 matches . Thats all fine and danndy , but then we have a full team and we draw our first game (they did like 6 round comeback ) i was like fine , maybe a fluke . But then we lost our next 2 matches . 2nd 16-3 and we won 2 of the round because of 1 ace and clutch of mine. So idk any advice . Maybe you want to play and help me. Ranks: MGE AND DMG
