Looking for the name of a shuffle, and its limitations

I hope this isn't considered off-topic.

I'm looking for the name of a certain shuffle that mixes up the deck in terms of the direction it's facing, in a semi-controlled way, while doing a dribble. In case you don't know what I mean, here's my terrible version of it.

I'm sure I'm not the first one who thought of this, so does this have a name so I can google it?

I'm wondering how hard it would be to reverse just one selected card without someone noticing using this method, or to alternate reversing and not reversing perfectly.
