Good IWB/pocket carry gun

Hey guys, I know my title is probably the last thing you want to read on this sub since it's so generic, but I have some more details and some specifics to ask. I just got my CC permit and I bought a LC9s about a month ago. It's a fine gun, but I don't love it. Shooting it isn't very comfortable to me and I personally think it prints a little more than I'd like when carrying IWB. The grip sticks out a little more than I'd like. Maybe I have a weird body shape? I don't know.

So there has been a recent price drop on the LCP and it got me thinking. It's 380 which I'm not really too fond of not just becasue of lack of power, but because of price and the fact that I have a lot of other 9mm guns and I reload for 9mm, making ammo cheap and plentiful. After doing some looking at the LCP I came across the Sig P238 and really like it. People says it's a great shooter. I like that it's metal and a 1911 style. From looking at the dimensions online it seems to be a bit bigger than the LCP, but after seeing an overlay of the 2, the difference is actually quite small. Thickness would be the biggest difference.

Then after looking into the P238, I came across the P938, which is basically the same dimensions except for 1/2 inch longer, which I don't think matters as much to me. So it looks like it would basically give me roughly the same dimensions of the LC9s as far as length and width, but give me the height of the LCP.

So my question is if anybody has any input on what I should do or if they've compared the LCP/LC9s/P238/P938 with each other and can offer any advice. The one thing I'm hesitant on with the P938 is the ambi safety. I'd rather the safety be pressed against the holster and my body and not just floating out in the open, especially on a SA gun.

I've done all tons of research on the subcompact 9mm guns (except the P938) so I'm familiar with the other common options and I like the LC9s better than those options. Price really isn't an issue, just like to stay under $600 or so.

Would carrying the P938 IWB be more comfortable to me than the LC9s due to the height of the gun being shorter? How easy is it to pocket carry? Or do you recommend the P238? I know I'd shoot it less if I got the P238 but if it does its job better as a CC gun then that's OK with me.

And to clarify, IWB is more important to me than pocket carry. Occasionally I'll pocket carry when wearing baggier clothing or just need to quickly grab it while taking my dog out, but majority of the time it will be on my waist and want something that prints very little and is comfortable. Bonus if it's fun to shoot as well. Also I own a P226 and a 1911 and love them both...hence why I'm leaning towards the Sigs.

Edit: Thanks for the responses everyone. I was pretty set on ordering the P938 and reading some of these comments just solidified it for me. I'm not a patient man so I already placed my order.
