KiqueDragoon

This is a character build I am toying with, tell me what you think.

Half-Orc, 3 levels in fighter, grab Champion archetype for the improved critical, great weapon fighting style

17 levels of Ranger Beastmaster, Archery fighting style or defense

Grab Great Weapon Master feat.

Use your bonus action so your companion can 'help' you, get advantage, use the GWM with advantage, probably will deal loads of damage. And a nat 19/20 is still a critical with or without a -5 to hit. That gives your attacks a 20% chance to hit a savage critical. Advantage will pratically neutralize the penalty from GWM

STR > CON > WIS > CHA/DEX > INT
