What do I do now? (benevolent leader help)

So I've been at this for a while now and my happiness kinda stagnated at 97. Now to start out with I have 26 people, 29 food, 104 water, 217 defense and 26 beds now I've been spamming pictures, tvs, I even have 22 shop stands. So what now? I've heard that you just kinda wait out the last bit of it.

Edit: I don't know how but I just got it by sending some people to bunker hill on a whim, so thanks for the help!
