Do certain pokemon lose hunger faster than others?

Another PSMD post here. I checked through the FAQ and couldn't find anything about this, but I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before!

Maybe I'm seeing things... but it seems to me like some pokemon lose hunger faster than others. Or does your main character lose hunger at a slower rate than other pokemon?

What do you guys think? Notice any difference in belly levels between your main char vs random pokemon?
