I prayed to the gods of PCMR today.

I work with a company that basically does science for kids. One of our experiments involves dry ice and sublimation etc etc. It's really fun! Especially for me because I get to handle the big ass block of dangerous frozen carbon dioxide.

Now, one of our experiments involves dropping most of the block into a bucket of boiling water and watching the rolling fog. I actually grabbed an extra block to record for my nephews and I did it at home the other day. What I didn't realize is that the water, because it was boiling, would still become air [steam, quickly cool down...] and mix with the carbon dioxide, thus creating a nice sheet of FUCKING WATER EVERYWHERE THAT THE ROLLING FOG WAS.

Onto my predicament. I freak out after seeing water on the floor, knowing why. I shut down all of my electronics including my beautiful rig. I leave it alone and put on a fan. Now normal smart people leave it alone for at least 12 hours or whatever. I gave it two. Then turned it on and, fearfully loaded up Heroes of the Storm. It loaded. WHEW! Everythings O- OH SHIT GRAPHICAL ERRORS EVERYWHERE, ABORT ABORT ABORT.

I go to personally inspect every inch of my card with a piece of tissue paper. DEAR GOD WHY IS THERE THAT MUCH MOISTURE ON MY EQUIPMENT. I HAVE SINNED. I AM STUPID. FORGIVE ME PCMR GODS.

I leave my rig shut down with my fan on it at max blast and pray to the almighty lords and even GabeN. I wake up the next morning hoping my stupidity didn't short it out. I load my computer up... all is well... Here's the moment of truth... HotS...

So far so good. GAME RUNS. WHAT?

Our lords answered my prayers. They are real, and I am really, really fucking stupid.

TLDR: I'm an idiot, but i got redemption and my rig is not damaged beyond repair.
