My English Degree (First Poem) (Rant) (Criticism Plz)

Here’s some advice, for aspiring wordsmiths:
Got an A in 1158? Then future training is worthless
If you want to be a writer, drop out of college.
Universities are not monopolies of knowledge

Take out a credit line
The biggest sucker you can find
do not worry about the price
No college freshman ever thought twice

“The next four years will be the best of your life”

Four years later their investment will net
A worthless Degree and a shitload of debt

Take that loan and find
an apartment.Devote your mind.
To any fucking book at any fucking time
Get a part time job to pay off what you owe
Since your writing career will most likely blow

Write whatever you want on any given topic
Forcing specific interpretation is myopic
Word and page quotas encourage poor text
Filler words and phrases can now be put to rest

Spend every waking hour
spun out of your mind
Analyzing works of every kind.
If you get confused,
go online and find
the solution without
wasting a ton of time,
or listening to a lecture,
or scheduling a meeting
because being competent in English,
can be accomplished simply through reading.
