I would strongly advise players to post in the official PC or PSN threads in the forums now that there are so many different platforms and timed updates.

Those are checked most regularly and have detailed instructions, as well as constant updates for specific issues. Please read the main stickied post before submitting any issue!

How to Report:

Crash Logs

• These are really, really useful!
• Crash logs for PC will be located in this path: %appdata%\Arrowhead\Helldivers\crash

Record videos, images and reproduction steps

• These are really useful to identify a problem which is hard to describe

Be as detailed as possible

• What platform are you on?
• Computer Specs? Gamepad?
• Are you playing online, offline?
• Multiplayer? Local coop? Singleplayer?
• Are you using a gamepad or keyboard and mouse?
• Any other relevant information?
