Heath+Scooze is ~$72 on TCG Mid, so it's unlikely the whole thing comes in under $75. Why play Heath at all, though? It's not like you need the fixing or the cards in your yard. I'd drop them for three more forest and the last Village, or just four more forest. Also, replace Prey Upon with Dismember, and Ram-Gang with Leatherback Baloth. Maybe shave another two cards for the rest of the Dismembers, depending on meta. If you want another combat trick, Aspect of Hydra is scary in this deck. With those changes it still might not be under $75 but it'll be a lot closer.

Yeah, no reason to run Heath in this deck. Just 1720 Forests and 23 Treetop Villages. Maybe a Pendelhaven if you want to be fancy.

Heath is there for deck thinning. Easy to replace if budget needs it
