Have there been a lot of friendships formed on the guilty side?

Meta

So, I was in a conversation with u/JustWonderinIf and (kind of, although they haven't been on to respond yet) u/Pegaret about the topic of friendships between redditers interested in Serial. Basically, there are a lot of people on the innocent side who actually become friends both in and outside of Serial based solely on their interest in the case, and I've actually become pretty good friends with some people I've met through r/serialpodcast. However, I was wondering if this sort of thing also happens to those who also 100% think Adnan is guilty. So do you guys have close friends you've made from these subs, or is it more of a formal setting over here?

Edit: I am not looking for who is friends with whom. I am only interested if people do make friends in general. Names definitely don't need to be involved.

And JWI asked me to share my own theory, so here it goes: I have tried several times to befriend people from the guilty side, just because I think we're all people and I like to know people. And it never works out, because usually they stop talking to me very quickly. Now, this may be a difference in views, but usually this happens when we're not even talking about the case. And it led me to realize that the innocent side is a lot more forthcoming with friendships than the guilty side is. I'm not sure if it's just a personality thing or if the guilty side is just hiding it more or what. And I don't have a fully formed theory on anything yet, but if that's accurate, it could speak to why some people believe what they believe.
