List of fusion rifles by number of bolts to kill
The main list is complete. The accelerated coils list still has some missing data. If you have one of these guns with accelerated coils, please tell me the damage and/or number of bolts to kill on the missing ones to determine whether accelerated coils changes the number of bolts to kill or not on the different archtypes. I am also looking for data on minimum impact to revive kill a target with an overshield and minimum impact to kill a max armor striker/ramlock in 5 bolts.

Some notes on specific guns :
- Guns that can kill normal targets in 4 bolts will not kill max armor strikers and ramlocks in 4 bolts, they will take 5. Same with guys holding swords probably.
- Middha's recoking raid fusion : Fastest charging 4-bolt kill. Is able to kill in 4 bolts due to the barrel mods.
- The vacancy from FWC : 49 dmg per bolt. 4 bolts to kill low armor, 5 bolts everything else.
- The vortex from FWC and Long far gone from the vanguard : 5 bolts = 200 damage to kill most targets (max armor strikers and ramlocks will take six) - this might be the best archtype for 6V6, the FWC vendor has a roll with hidden hand and eye of the storm. Vanguard vendor has rangefinder and hipfire. LFG has 48 stability 31 range. If you don't have one of these, I'd suggest the vanguard vendor LFG.
- Split shifter : (74 impact/34 charge rate) : 6 bolts to kill, 38 damage per bolt post patch (was 43 per bolt and 5 bolts to kill prepatch... :/) - this is the archtype that got hit the hardest by the patch IMO.
- Telesto : 5 bolts to kill over time. Does 5 damage per bolt on impact and 37 damage per bolt on explosion. Total damage : 42 per bolt over time.
Accelerated coils list - needs more data:
- Darkblade & hitchhiker with acc coils : Probably 5 bolts to kill. Acc coils is probably not a good choice on this archtype.
- Thesan with acc coils : 5 bolts to kill. Acc coils does not change the number of bolts to kill for this gun. Could be a good choice, but you can't have braced frame if you pick acc coils, so you will have less stability.
- Plan C with acc coils : probably still 5(??) bolts to kill. Needs confirmation, if damage per bolt is >= 40, youre good.
- Pantha rhei with acc coils: probably still 5(??) bolts to kill. Needs confirmation, if damage per bolt is >= 40, youre good. If not, its probably not a good choice.
- Vortex and long far gone with acc coils : 6 bolts to kill(??) - acc coils is not an ideal choice for this archtype.
- Split shifter with acc coils : 6 bolts to kill, 34 damage per bolt. Accelerated coils does not change the number of bolts needed to kill for this archtype.
Conclusions:
- Minimum impact to kill a normal target in 4 bolts: 95 with barrel upgrades (needs 5 for a max armor striker/ramlock).
- Minimum impact to kill a normal target in 5 bolts : 76
- Minimum impact to kill a normal target in 6 bolts : any
- Minimum impact to kill a max armor striker and ramlock in 5 bolts: TBD??
- Minimum impact to one-shot a revived target with an overshield : TBD??
- It seems to me the best fusion now would be a good 4 bolt (very hard to get) or the fastest charging 5 bolt with good perks you can find... high range and stability will both help. 6 bolts seems too unreliable to be useful.
