Question about Kakashi sharingan.
So Kakashi unlocked his m.s when he killed Rin how come he wasn't able to use it until shippuden?

Actually, we don't know that. It's perfectly possible he did have the Mangekyo all along.
In Shippuden it's shown it took A LOT of time for Kakashi to activate the Mangekyo against Deidara.
The only time Kakashi could have used it effectively was against Zabuza while imprisoned in the Water Prison technique, but we know Kakashi was very out of shape at the time and might have been unable to use it fast enough.
He didn't know he had it or even that the Mangekyou Sharingan existed.
So when did he learn of its existence? Did they say or was he just like this is something I learned I don't remember much from the begging of shippuden cuz I didn't like the whole sasori/deidara arc
He definitely learned of its existence after Itachi stabbed his guts in Tsukuyomi for ... what was it, 72 hours?
We also only ever hear about him developing a new Jutsu in the very beginning of Shippuden. It's likely he developed it during the timeskip. During Part I, somewhere near the end, he started complaining to himself that he had become so complacent that his skills were diminishing so it's unlikely he was developing Kamui before the time-skip. The Kakashi vs. Deidara battle was probably the first official usage of Kamui too.
We don't know. It was sometime during the timeskip and was likely prompted by Itachi using his Mangekyou against him.
Unknown.
Most likely he had no idea, but after he personally saw it, he did some research, and concluded fact "I killed Rin, maybe I have MS".
To his surprise, his chakra-eating eye, actually can eat more chakra
