Workplace Random Drug Testing

I want to hear experiences about being randomly drug tested for work... I am not talking pre-employment, I am talking about after you have already been hired.

• How did you find out about the test?
• Was it announced, and how much time in advance did you have?
• Where did the test take place?

I am in the Austin, TX area, and I have been wanting to apply to Dell because of a position they have open I feel I would fit well in. This is in the engineering field.

Dell does a pre-employment test, but I have no idea if they do random drug testing afterwards which is my main goal of this post to find out... so if anyone knows about Dell specifically that would be great... Thanks!
