Jae Crowder Star Card?
There is no official rule that the player had to have been an all star to get their own star card... but at least be the best player on the team? Boston already has an Isaiah Thomas, they don't need a second star card with a mediocre player.
I'm not trying to hate on Crowder, just noting that all the other star cards have players that are all star caliber.

I think the intent of star cards was to choose players from each team who are established or rising stars of that team, not necessarily players who were the all stars or stars league-wide.
Utah has Gobert. Miami has Whiteside. I love both of those players, but there is no way that I would call either of them stars. Not yet anyway.
It makes me happy that the Manimal got a card just because I like his name and nickname but idk if he deserves one either. I don't watch enough (any) denver games to comment
