Respect Scorpion (Mortal Kombat)

Before I start, I want to clarify that this is a reorganised and expanded version of u/chrisfromjersey's already existing respect thread, found here. Please give him the credit he deserves.

Also, note that this thread will include both new and old timeline feats, as there is no noticeable different between Scorpion's power level in between the two canons.

###Vengeance will be mine!

Hanzo Hasashi was once no more than a skilled Earthrealm ninja, hailing from the powerful Shirai Ryu clan. But after he and his clan was slaughtered by the rival Lin Kuei led by Bi-Han, the original Sub-Zero, Hanzo's rage and sorrow lived on, and he was ressurected by the sorcerer Quan Chi. As a Spectre of the Netherrealm, Hanzo, now known as Scorpion, gained incredible powers and abilites, which he used to avenge his family by killing Bi-Han during the tenth Mortal Kombat tournament.

After the events of Mortal Kombat 9, Hanzo's rage receded, and he dedicated himself to rebuilding the Shirai Ryu. He learned to fully shut out the netherrealm demon which had manifested within his rage. Without Scorpion, Hanzo was once again no more than a skilled ninja, but it didn't last very long; after his newly built clan was once again slaughtered, Hanzo struggled with the demon inside of him, which manifested into a powerful spectre that used the powers Hanzo was denying. Hanzo managed to defeat it, and now fully controls the spectre inside of him and it's powers, making him more powerful than ever before.

Let's get onto the feats.

###Strength

• Can tear heads off bodies with the spine in tow

• Strong enough to easily rip off limbs with his thrown spear

• Can casually rip people limb from limb

• Can easily pull off heads with his spear

• Can cleanly uppercut heads off

• Slices through Quan Chi's armor like paper

• Punches through someone's back

• Punches directly through Hsu Hao's head

• Breaks Havik's knee and snaps his neck

• Completely destroy's Havik's head

• Pulls Havik's head clean off

• Throws his spear hard enough to go straight through Hsu Hao's chest...

• ...through this Red Dragon clan member's neck...

• ...and through Sub-Zero.

• After being escased in thick, solid ice, breaks out. Consider that Sub-Zero's ice is strong enough to protect from missiles.

• Strong enough to snap his own neck

###Durability/Pain Resistance

• Is telekinetically slammed against a shipping container, then thrown across a large distance into a truck. He gets up and fights, unfazed.

• Stabbed through the chest and fighting again within seconds

• Takes being thrown through a door

• Takes being punched through the chest

• Can take being impaled through the chest...

• ...twice in a row.

• Can take one hell of a kick

• Gets completely impaled by Sub-Zero, and gets up afterwards.

• Gets electrocuted by a raged and nearly bloodlusted Raiden

• Survives a huge lightning bolt from Raiden

• Gets a beating from the demon he normally bonds with

• Armor tough enough to stop a thrown spear through the neck

###Skill

• Precisely impales a thrown head

• Can slice with incredible accuracy and precision

• Another example of his skill with swords, and an example of just how sharp his swords are

• Deflects an iceball from Sub-Zero then jumps over his sliding attack

• Wraps Raiden in chains and knocks him around faster than Raiden can handle

• Easily dispatches Frost, a powerful Lin Kuei ninja

• Teleport strikes Raiden

• Backflip kicks Sub-Zero, shattering his Kori

###Speed

• Dodges a thrown spear and retaliates

• Dodge this ice blast from Frost

• Dodges attacks from Sonya Blade

• Speedblitzes multiple Lin Kuei ninjas at a time

• Teleports out of the way of Sub-Zero's blast

• Lands three punches before the first one can even finish rippling

• Teleports, grabs a sword, and teleports away before Raiden can react

• Saves Takeda with a couple of quick teleports within the span of a lightning bolt

###Netherrrealm Powers

• Can teleport instantly and at will

• Is capable of summoning demons to restrain or subdue opponents

• Uses it here to hold Sub-Zero in place to stab him

• Can blast fireballs powerful enough to blow enormous holes in people's chests

• Another example here...

• ...and here.

• Uses portals to send opponents to the deadly Netherrealm and back, cooking them on the way

• Can use his infamous hellfire breath to burn opponents to death in seconds

• Another example here...

• ..and here.

• Often channels hellfire through his thrown spears, inflicting massive damage

• Can channel blasts of hellfire so powerful they blow out all the flesh in the opponent's torso
